How do they plan on enforcing this? I use my iPhone to listen to music in the car, check for directions, and look up phone numbers. WIll I no longer be able to do this as well? Or will I just get pulled over for having my phone out while I drive? I also think this will cause people to try to text where cops won't see (holding the phone in their lap) and I believe this to be far more dangerous. Aren't there more important things for the state to be worrying about?
